Description
Microemulsion Cutting Fluid Concentrate is a widely used microemulsion cutting metalworking fluid that can be used for general machining processes of both ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including aluminum. The semi-synthetic coolant formulated with this product has excellent rust protection, good lubrication, and cooling performance, effectively preventing workpiece burns, improving surface finishing quality, extending the lifespan of grinding wheels and cutting tools. It does not contain nitrite salts and is non-irritating to the skin.

It can be directly added to water for dilution as a multi-purpose metal working fluid, or it can be prepared as a micro-emulsion cutting fluid concentrate and then diluted with water.
Application

Blending Instruction
Method 1: directly add to water in a ratio of 40:1 to form a microemulsion working solution;
Method 2: Take 40-70 percent of micro-emulsion cutting fluid super-concentrate Micro-emulsion cutting fluid super-concentrate, add 60-30 percent of water and stir evenly to get half Synthesize micro-emulsion cutting fluid concentrate, and then dilute it with 20:1 water to form micro-emulsion machining fluid.
