Description

According to the standard of sulfo complex grease ,Calcium Sulfonate Complex Additive Package is added with special and functional additives and polymer materials, which makes it more conductive to producing high adhesion grease products. Added with the corresponding conversion compound additive , it can produce  sulfo compound grease product with superior performances. Calcium Sulfonate Complex Additive Package can be widely used in equipment lubrication ,such as iron and steel, cement and other heavy-duty, humid and harsh conditions ,good characteristics are as following :

1, Excellent high temperature properties, dropping point is over 300 ℃, high using temperature, which can reach more than 180 ℃.

2, Excellent thermal stability, when decreased from a high temperature to normal temperature, it can be restored to the original structure.

3, Excellent corrosion resistance, a thickener possess anti-rust performance itself , so it has obvious rust resistance ability which can be used in wet environments.

4, Excellent anti-wear extreme pressure performance , a thickener is a kind of extreme pressure and anti-wear agents. With out adding any extreme pressure agents , the sintering load can be over 500kg , It is non-active and harmless to the environment, which make it is a kind of environmental grease.

5, Superior water resistance performance , its proportion is bigger than water , there is no significant change in its consistency when contacts with a lot of water . It has best performance under the wet or water washout situation .

6,Excellent mechanical stability,it has a longer bearing life in high temperature .

The consistency of the grease under this proportion is generally at 3 , customers can reconcile grease consistency according to the conditions and the demand requirements for grease; and also hydroxyl boron compound , adding antioxidants, preservatives, extreme pressure agents and solid fillers as well as other additives.

Process Description

1, Clean the sealed kettle , washed three times with the base oil.

2, Add Calcium Sulfonate Complex Additive Package and water to a sealed kettle in proportion , sealing the kettle and start to stir it .

3, Slowly add the materials to 88 ~ 94 ℃, after mixing three hours, using infrared detection products, until it shows 860-884 that amorphous calcium carbonate turns into crystalline calcium carbonate completely.

4, Open the drain valve, heat\ to 140 ~ 150 ℃ , dehydrate for 2 hours

5, Slowly add blend oil, reconcile grease consistency .

6, Cool it down to 90 ~ 100 ℃ and add desired additive .
