Vehicle Gear Oil additive package is a additive package for vehicle gear oil, composed of high-quality extreme pressure anti-wear agents, rust inhibitors, corrosion inhibitors, and other functional additives, After reasonable compounding and strict testing and evaluation, this additive package has excellent extreme pressure and wear resistance, oxidation stability, and rust and corrosion resistance.

The  vehicle gear oil additive package is specifically formulated to enhance the performance and protection of gear oils used in vehicles. This additive package contains a combination of anti-wear agents, extreme pressure additives, corrosion inhibitors, and antioxidants to provide excellent protection against wear and tear, high pressure and shock loads, rust and corrosion, and oxidation. The T7042 package is suitable for use in a wide range of vehicle gear applications, including manual transmissions, differentials, and transfer cases. It can be easily blended with gear oils to improve their performance and extend their service life.  additive package is also compatible with various base oils, including mineral oils and synthetic oils.

Performance Characteristic

Vehicle Gear Oil additive package is formulated with a 3.5% dosage and suitable base oil to prepare heavy-duty vehicle gear oil, meeting the requirements of API GL-5 and GB 13895 standards. It also has good oxidation stability, extreme pressure and wear resistance, corrosion resistance and rust resistance. It can meet the requirements of low speed and high torque, high speed impact load, various harsh use conditions such as humid and hot environments.

Reference Dosage

For blending GL5 heavy duty vehicle gear oil with dosage 3.5% and for blending GL4 vehicle gear oi with dosage 1.8%.

  • Can be used to blend VG150, VG220, VG320, VG460 viscosity grade industrial oils, which meet GB 5903 CKD.
