Our anti-wear hydraulic oil additive package is specially designed to formulate lubricating oils and improve their anti-wear performance.
It contains a balanced formulation of selected high quality extreme pressure and antioxidant additives that provide outstanding wear protection when used in hydraulic systems in which oil is subject to very high loads and stresses like axial, radial, and torsional drives.
This additive package also provides good protection against rust, oxidation, and thermal degradation, helping to extend the service life of your system. Additionally, it helps to maintain the clarity of the oil and reduce deposits.

Anti-wear Hydraulic Oil Additive is a kind of additive package developed for hydraulic transmission system lubricant oil.The product meets GB11118.1, Denison, HF-0, ISO11158-97, Vickers M – 2950 – S, Cincinnati Milacron P68/69/70, and DIN51524 (II) specification requirements, and can be used to formulate the high-grade anti-wear hydraulic oil of various viscosities.
Adding 0.6-0.8% (m) dose of Anti-wear Hydraulic Oil Additive into the appropriate base oil can make L – HM, HV, HS anti-wear hydraulic oil;And adding 0.4% (m) dose can make L – HL hydraulic oil.
In an anti-wear hydraulic oil additive package, the polymethacrylate can serve different functions:
- Viscosity index improvement: Polymethacrylate can be used as a viscosity modifier to improve the viscosity index (VI) of the hydraulic oil.
