Water-soluble Anti-foaming Additive is a kind of water-soluble anti-foaming agent with good performance. It can be soluble in water completely and does not adsorb on the surface of metals, it could also disperse speedily and have continuous anti-foaming performance.
defoamer is a water- based defoamer developed specifically for the metal processing industry, with excellent disperson stability, certain defoaming speed, and excellent durability. It has good defoaming and inhibiting f oam properties at different temperatures, and has good dispers ion stability in the system. Has minimal impact on appearance and minima l precipitation. It is applicable to semi synthetic, full synthetic, micro lotion, cleaning agent and other products, giving form ula engineers more choices of raw materials, so as to create more excellent formulas.
Application
Water-soluble Anti-foaming Additive is used in the antifreeze, emulsified oils, half-synthetic fluid and synthetic chemical solution.
It can be added to formulas or added during process operation. In special formulations, if the deformer has poor dispersibility in the system, mix the defoamer and water evenly in a 1:1 ratio and add it to the metal- working fluid formulation. Long term storage may result in delamination, but it does not affect the quality. Please stir evenly before use. The best results are achieved within 6 months of use. This product is packaged in 50kg,200 plastic drums or according to customer requirements.

The dosage of anti-foaming additive generally recommended to blend lubricants is 0.1-1.0%
